Welcome to StatikAPI — an open-source project and hosted service built by a solo developer. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StatikAPI CLI, website, and hosted platform. By using any part of the project, you agree to these Terms.
StatikAPI is designed for developers, creators, and teams who want to build static JSON APIs with transparency and simplicity. You agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
The open-source CLI and core libraries are licensed under the MIT License. You may freely use, modify, and distribute them in accordance with that license. These Terms mainly apply to the StatikAPI website and hosted services.
StatikAPI provides hosted project dashboards, automated rebuilds, and API key management through the live app. Additional service-specific terms and pricing may expand over time. Try now.
Hosted access is account-based, and some features are team-scoped. Billing, quotas, entitlements, and subscription state are controlled per team, not per project. The backend is authoritative for account state, permissions, billing state, deletion eligibility, and access restrictions.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate hosted access when necessary to prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or protect the reliability and security of the service.
StatikAPI is provided “as is” without warranties. While we do our best to keep the tools reliable and secure, uptime or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Use at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatikAPI and its creator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the project or service.
Terms may be updated occasionally to reflect new features or policies. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Updates will always be posted publicly on this page.
